RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with the quality of the product, please contact us immediately. Unopened and unused merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us immediately to arrange the return. Refunds (excluding the shipping cost) will be issued when we receive the item. SHIPPING POLICY All orders will be shipped from Canada within 3 business days (except when a holiday and vacation alert is posted) US orders will be sent via USPS and scheduled to be delivered within 3-8 business days Canada orders will be sent via Canada Post and scheduled to be delivered within 3-15 business days Worldwide shipments - Customers are responsible for any import taxes or costs associated with the import of this item. Shipments will arrive within 10-22 business days.
